3rd International Yoga day was celebrated on 21st June, 2017 at our campus. DR. R. Munireddy, the principal of SSPUC and Mr. Yashwanth Kumar, Yoga instructor were the dignitaries on the dais. Students got chance to know how yoga embodies unity of mind and body. hey preformed different yoga asanas like Dhanurasana, Padmasana, Bujangasana, Vajrasana etc. and ended with Pranayama and Shavasana.
